Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been fitted or used
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at admin@midulstertyrecentre.com or call us to notify us of your return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your proof of purchase inside the package.
- Send the item to our address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
